Refund Policy
Websites Designs Agency ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.
In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements, or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Websites Designs Agency, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial design’s completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, the refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
If the request for a refund is made before the Initial concept delivery, you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less than 10% service & processing fee).
If the request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee).
If the refund request is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
If there is a lack of communication for more than 3 weeks despite multiple follow-ups from Websites Designs Agency via email and calls, no refund request will be entertained. Instead, the project will be placed on hold until communication is reestablished with reactivation or reinstatement fee applies according to the case it may vary.
Please note after the initial design send and one revision is made on it change of mind would not qualify for a refund.

Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Websites Designs Agency would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

Account Area
The Account Area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking or using the Account Area frequently shall not provide you adequate grounds for a refund. Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to Account Area as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation Email. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies about revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client’s account area.

Revision Policy
We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours
